Do my players need accounts?
Never. Players join with a 4-letter code and a nickname, as guests. Only the host has an account.
Can I cancel, and are there refunds?
Monthly plans start with a 14-day free trial — no card required to begin. Annual plans are billed up front and carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel anytime from account settings; access runs to the end of the period.
What counts as a player?
Anyone who joins the room to play. Watch-only spectators do not count toward the limit.
